Sangria





I love fun summer drinks! It feels like a celebration somehow.

This recipe is for Sangria without booze. But you can add it according to your choice.



32 oz. mason jar

2 Tablespoons tea of choice and 1 Tablespoon hibiscus (I am trying my new Cherry Hibiscus) brewed in 8 oz. just boiled water for 5 minutes. Strain and cool to room temperature.

1/4 cup raspberries lightly mashed.

1/4 cup strawberries sliced thinly.

1 small or 1/2 medium lime sliced thinly.

1/4 apple cored and sliced thinly.

2 teaspoons lemon juice.

2 Tablespoons orange juice.

Add 8 oz cool water to all ingredients in the mason jar and stir. Infuse in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Pour ingredients into a fancy clear container to show all the colors.

Serve over ice.

Put on some music, dance and sip.
