I have mint growing on our property this Spring. I love to mix it in smoothies, tea or food. This recipe is an intriguing taste and refreshing.
Serves 1
4 sprigs fresh mint
1/2 tsp. sweetener
crushed ice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 T. grapefruit juice
1/2 c. sparkling water
Crush 2 sprigs of mint with the sugar or sweetener and put into a glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add lemon juice, grapefruit juice and sparkling water. Stir gently to dissolve the sweetener. Decorate glass with remaining mint and a lemon slice.
