Hibiscus Cooler





Warmer weather is coming, and I can't wait. To celebrate I have been thinking of Hibiscus Coolers.

Healing House Herbs has several Hibiscus flavors: Berry, Cherry, Blood Orange and Peach. Each flavor feels tastes a party.


Serves 4

4 c water

4 teaspoons Hibiscus tea or 4 tea bags

1/2 c maple syrup or another sweetener

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 c ice


In medium saucepan, combine water, tea and syrup over medium heat. Bring just to a boil stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool 25 minutes. Strain if necessary. Add lemon and lime juice and stir.

Fill a pitcher with ice and cooler ingredients and refrigerate until ready for yum! Maybe add a little umbrella to celebrate.
